Age : 30-35 Y Type: Full time, in field Business Development and Strategy: Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales and expand market presence in Bangalore and surrounding regions. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to potential clients to showcase Alankarams product offerings. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable sales. Engage in daily travel to meet architects, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and other potential clients in Bangalore and other cities. Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet business objectives. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. Monitor and track sales performance, providing regular updates and reports to senior management. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Identify potential business opportunities and target markets for expansion. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to improve sales strategies. Networking and Event Participation: Represent Alankaram at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the brand and generate leads. Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and partners. Organize and participate in promotional events to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities. Coordinate with the design team to customize products according to client requirements. Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Showroom Responsibilities: Work in the flagship showroom during weekends to assist clients, showcase products, and facilitate sales. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high-quality experience for showroom visitors. Skills: Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Experience in the luxury furniture industry or a related high-end product sector is highly desirable. Skills: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance metrics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel daily as required.
