Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, cold calling, and other strategies. Sales Outreach: Engage with prospects through emails, calls, and meetings to understand their needs and present suitable products or services. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform business strategies and proposals. Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, close deals, and meet sales targets and KPIs. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business development strategies with the companys goals. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools and provide regular reports to management. Preferred candidate profile Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
