The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role offers a great opportunity for an individual to develop professionally and make a significant impact on our business expansion efforts. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients in target markets. Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and business opportunities. Reach out to prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their business goals. Conduct regular follow-up meetings and check-ins with clients. Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities. Stay updated on industry developments to position the company as a market leader. Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment on company goals. Prepare sales reports and present findings to management. Contribute to the development of new business strategies and initiatives. Negotiation & Contracting: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring the best possible terms for both parties. Assist in preparing contracts and agreements, ensuring they align with company policies. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with clients and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in [specific industry or market sector].
