Role Overview As an integral part of our Sales team, the Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, creating a pipeline of opportunities, and supporting the sales process. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and energetic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving business growth. Roles & Responsibilities/we Are Looking For Someone Who Can Market study and feasibility analysis for new markets in respective allotted regions / countries.Building the sales funnel by generating leads via personalized outreach to potential customers.Conducting cold calls, emails, and social outreach to target prospects using sales prospecting and automation tools as well as social channels (eg: LinkedIn, Apollo, etc).Completing communication sequences in line with the sales process including reach-outs and prompt follow-up communication to nurture leads and prospects.Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers based on the qualification framework (eg: BANT).Schedule appointments, meetings, and demos including the introduction of leads to their new point of contact.Staying updated with product knowledge and industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Requirements And Skills/You Have/are Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.Prior experience in a sales development or lead generation role is advantageous.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
