Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our digital marketing services by managing client relationships, working on leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Handling: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions. 2. Lead Management: Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team or sourced independently. Nurture leads through effective communication and convert them into clients. 3. Client Servicing: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Manage client campaigns, address inquiries, and provide regular updates on performance. 4. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies for acquiring new clients. 5. Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Present services, proposals, and reports professionally. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 0-4 years of experience in business development or client servicing, preferably in a digital marketing agency. Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including social media marketing, SEO, and PPC. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Why Join Us?
