Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, administrators, and decision-makers. Act as the primary point of contact for schools in the assigned territory. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify and categorize schools based on their curriculum, size, and reputation. Stay updated on trends and developments within the education sector in Delhi. Client Outreach: Arrange and attend meetings with school authorities to discuss collaboration opportunities. Present and promote the company's offerings, ensuring alignment with the needs of the schools. Strategy and Planning: Develop strategic plans to engage with schools effectively and achieve targets. Identify and leverage networking opportunities in the education domain. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions with schools, follow-ups, and outcomes. Provide timely reports and insights to the management team. Key Requirements: Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an advantage. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the education sector. Prior experience working with schools, educational institutions, or EdTech companies is highly desirable. Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of schools in Delhi, their operations, and key decision-makers. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Personal Attributes: Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and in a team. Willingness to travel across Delhi for client meetings.
