Company: Debox Technology Experience: 0-3 years Salary: 20k To 30k Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings to pitch our products/services. Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets. Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales data and progress reports. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., IT, Digital Marketing, SaaS, etc.]. Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
