Job Description

Role: Business Development Executive (BDE) Experience Required: Minimum 6 months of experience in sales. Candidates with experience in FMCG, telecom, or banking sectors will be preferred. Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Mandatory) Location: Gurugram Interview Rounds: 1 Virtual Round Age Limit: Up to 33 years Compensation: ₹17,000 to ₹25,000 per month + Travel Allowance (₹250 per day) + Mobile Allowance (₹300 per month) --- About the Role: We are seeking energetic and motivated BDE to join our team across various locations in India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in direct sales, the ability to travel within assigned areas, and strong communication skills. --- Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Merchant Acquisition Identify and onboard new merchants based on local transaction patterns and volumes. 2. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded merchants. Promote and offer value-added services and products. 3. Account Management Develop a deep understanding of merchant needs and onboard them accordingly. Upsell solutions like EDC machines, smart devices, and digital payment tools. 4. Competition Mapping Monitor and report competitor activities within the assigned area. Share insights on geographic or category trends to optimize performance. --- Requirements: Minimum 12th pass qualification. At least 6 months of sales experience (FMCG, telecom, or banking preferred). Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license. Comfortable with fieldwork and daily travel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
