Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting products or services. This role involves market research, lead generation, sales presentations, and strategic outreach. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Promote and present company products/services to potential customers Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide feedback to management Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (1–3 years preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong presentation and organizational abilities Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Ability to travel as needed.
