Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT Services) Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply) About Us We are a fast-growing IT company specializing in web development, Application Development, software solutions, cloud services, etc., delivering high-impact solutions to clients across industries. We're now looking to grow our sales team with a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive . Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms, cold calling, networking, and email campaigns. Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions. Pitch services to potential clients in international/domestic markets. Set up meetings and follow up with leads to convert into clients. Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations. Maintain and update the CRM with lead status and sales pipeline progress. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 0–1 years of experience in IT sales/business development preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi Preferred). Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical clients. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
