Job Description

Job description 1. Close leads generated through media, direct mail, special events and referral sources. 2. Conduct prompt follow-up of inquires and leads via the phone. 3. Develop and maintain relationships with potential referral sources. 4. Must consistently achieve or exceed personal sales goals. 5. Follow up with members that have enrolled to ensure we are exceeding expectations. Shifts- (Rotational) 6-30 AM to 3-30 PM 11-30 AM to 8-30 PM Week off between Monday to Friday (Compulsory working days on Saturday & Sunday) Salary Between 20 k to 30 k plus incentives (Average sale incentive figure 25 K per month)
