Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities. Generate qualified leads through platforms like LinkedIn, , email, and cold calling . Communicate with prospective clients to understand their needs and pitch relevant services. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate records of leads and client interactions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategies for improvement. Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Basic knowledge of online sales channels and platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, etc. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is a plus.
