Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Palarivattom Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: Fresher / 1-2 years Department: Sales / Business Development Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic sales and partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand client needs and offer solutions and support. Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches, presentations, and proposals. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product development) to meet client requirements. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings if required. Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, and potential improvements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite. Preferred Skills: Experience in managing a sales pipeline and closing deals. Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
