Job Description

Job Responsibilities Identify and qualify potential interested, ensuring alignment with company offerings. Prepare and send tailored sales proposals and contracts to prospects. Schedule and conduct meetings to showcase product offerings. Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely responses. Maintain and update the customer database for effective engagement. Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Accurately process sales orders and document all transactions. Collaborate with logistics and finance teams for timely order fulfilment. Monitor order statuses and communicate updates to clients. Assist in developing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Coordinate with marketing on promotional campaigns and events. Communicate with suppliers and partners to enhance sales initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in sales support or administrative roles. Candidates with experience on CRM tools is a plus Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
