Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive (Online Bidder) to join our team. This role primarily focuses on engaging with international clients, identifying new business leads, and securing projects through various online platforms such as PPH, GURU and UPWORK other online platforms . The ideal candidate should possess an in-depth understanding of web and mobile and other IT technologies, expertise in defining project scopes, and a proven ability to craft compelling proposals. Hands-on experience in consistently winning Upwork contracts is essential. Job Location- Mohali, Sec 67 Key Responsibilities- Identify and post project requirements on Guru.com, Upwork, and other similar freelance platforms to attract top talent for various projects. Analyze client requirements and submit tailored proposals. Respond promptly to client inquiries and schedule discovery meetings. Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for advanced discussions when needed. Develop a robust project pipeline, secure contracts, and update team effectively. Qualifications :- 2-3 years of experience in roles such as Bidder Business Development, or Sales Professional. Demonstrated success in acquiring high-value projects on Upwork and other similar freelance platforms. Outstanding English communication and writing capabilities.
