Roles and Responsibilities: Plan and execute marketing activities for the center, including field campaigns, promotional events, and outreach initiatives. Conduct leaflet distribution , manage banners and information kiosks in strategic locations. Visit colleges to promote study abroad programs , organize seminars , and display promotional materials. Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, TPOs, HODs, and Principals to increase visibility and lead generation. Generate leads and follow up with prospective students for enrollments in overseas education programs and test prep courses (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL) . Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets for student enrollments and outreach impact. Coordinate with internal teams to align on marketing goals and ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner during field visits and client interactions. Maintain basic records of leads, outreach efforts, and campaign outcomes using MS Office tools and internet-based applications . Skills required: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional and presentable demeanor. Proficiency in MS Office and Internet applications. Energetic and self-driven with a commitment to meeting deadlines. Possession of a two-wheeler. Experience in education companies is advantageous. Experience: Freshers: Enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the business development field. Experienced Candidates: 1 to 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the education sector. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
