Closeloop is hiring a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive to support our outbound sales efforts. You’ll work closely with our SDR and sales team to engage with potential leads via LinkedIn, calls, and emails. This role is a stepping stone to becoming a full-cycle SDR. Responsibilities Build relationships with prospective clients Manage sales pipeline Track metrics to ensure targets are hit Assist the SDR in lead nurturing and follow-ups across multiple channels. Manage and execute LinkedIn social outreach campaigns. Call and qualify US-based prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication. Maintain and update records in Zoho CRM. Keep track of every lead’s progress and help drive them through the sales funnel. Support in coordinating meetings, demos, and hand-offs to senior sales leaders. What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in a business development or sales role at an IT services or software development company. Excellent verbal and written communication, especially for interacting with US clients. Strong presence on LinkedIn and familiarity with professional networking practices. CRM experience is preferred. Experience working with Zoho CRM or similar sales tools is a plus. Driven, organized, and excited to grow into a full SDR role.
