Job Title: Business Development AssociateSaaS Sales – APAC Region Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Type: Full-Time Compensation: 3–5 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives About CultureX: CultureX is a new-age MarTech startup transforming influencer marketing through tech innovation. Our SaaS platform helps brands & agencies discover, manage, and measure influencer campaigns at scale. With growing adoption across APAC, we’re building a strong regional team to capture the next wave of growth. Position Overview: We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our growth in the APAC market. As the first point of contact for many prospects, your role is crucial in building a strong sales pipeline and driving top-of-the-funnel activity. If you’re curious, persistent, and excited about sales and tech, this is the role for you. Roles & Responsibilities: ● Identify and research potential clients across key APAC markets (India, SEA, ANZ) using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other prospecting tools. ● Execute outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, and calls) to engage potential leads and generate interest in CultureX’s platform. ● Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings or demos for the Account Executive team. ● Personalize messaging based on industry verticals, geographies, and company size. ● Collaborate closely with AEs and the marketing team to optimize campaign strategies and improve conversion rates. ● Maintain and update lead and prospect data accurately in CRM systems like HubSpot. ● Track market developments and competitor activities across the APAC region to refine your outreach and targeting. ● Be proactive in experimenting with new outreach tactics and sharing learnings with the team
