Job description Brief of the role - This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing and Business Development associate at Cyber Mindsets, located in Hyderabad. To start with, Digital marketing associate will be functioning as individual contributor for company to enhance training business of cyber mindset. He/She will be responsible to assist in developing the newly website cyber mindset (www.trainings.cybermindsets.com) to provide inputs from SEO point of view. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, and online marketing. Strong communication skills are also required for this role. As a Business Development associate this position demands to have a proper alignment of marketing with sales opportunity. The role will involve tasks related to lead generation, market research, student interaction, and utilizing analytical skills to drive sales and business growth. The day-to-day job functions involve student counselling, assisting marketing team for lead generations, social media posting, revenue/collections. The person should be capable enough to grow the business from both direction strategic and operations. He/She is expected to be self-driven, should be able to work with minimal supervision. Increase the hits count on website (weekly daily monthly) Design the banners flyers etc. marketing material Perform Google Add, Facebook Add, social media campaigning etc. Qualifications -: Strong Analytical Skills and Communication abilities Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research Very IMP - student interaction skills Excellent presentation skills Basic knowledge of cyber security tools like SIEM, VAPT, Endpoint etc. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Daily Tasks -: Work closely with marketing team and assist and help them in generating leads. Maintain business sheet - collection and payment from all candidates Help and assist training in providing valuable feedback on trainings Interacting with candidates for upcoming webinars / seminars / batches. Ensuring that business targets are meet - Work with our client base to open opportunities for cyber security services as well.
