Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Identify potential clients through cold calling, lead generation, and outbound calls to drive business growth. Develop new business opportunities by building relationships with existing customers and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Conduct inside sales activities such as telephone conversations, email campaigns, and social media outreach to generate leads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to develop strategies for expanding customer base. Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
