Job Title: Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing - Sales) Location: Mumbai (On-site) Experience: 1–2 Years Industry: Digital Marketing What You’ll Do (Roles & Responsibilities) Database building & maintaining. Must have the knowledge to source the data as per ICPs and maintain the database well. Work in end-to-end sales cycle management – from lead generation to deal closure. Pitch digital marketing services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, and Website Optimization to potential clients. Understand client requirements and propose customised marketing solutions aligned with their business goals. Maintain and update CRM (like HubSpot or Zoho) to track leads, opportunities, and client communication. Support senior sales executives in creating proposals, presentations, and sales reports. Research prospective clients and the competitive landscape. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, strategy) to deliver pitches and follow-ups. Helped prepare contracts and negotiate terms with clients under supervision. Stay updated with trends in digital marketing and consumer behaviour. Regular reporting and analysis of the report. Sit withthe team to optimise the report of email marketing, calling etc What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills) 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a digital marketing or SaaS environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal. A go-getter attitude with basic knowledge of digital marketing terms and concepts. Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot), and Excel. Organised, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
