Business Development Executive (Sales) - Job Description Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and advertising. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships, address customer needs, and resolve complaints. Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets. Negotiation & Deal Closing: Handle complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and finalize deals. Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities. Sales of Promotional Items: Focus on selling customized promotional products like bags, T-shirts, umbrellas, and other merchandise to schools, coaching institutes, colleges, and corporate clients. Desired Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Sales/Marketing preferred. Experience: 1 to 5 years in sales/marketing; experience in promotional product sales is a plus.
