Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Mumbai Duration: Full-time Experience: 1 to 2 years Compensation: 3 LPA to 5 LPA Role Overview We are looking for a Business Development Executive in Mumbai with 1-2 years of experience to contribute to the growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a results-driven approach, and the ability to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and generate revenue in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify potential clients and market opportunities within the assigned region. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Actively communicate with clients to understand their requirements and propose appropriate packaging solutions. Sales Support & Presentations: Assist in the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met and to drive sales growth. Reporting & Analysis: Track sales activities and report on progress towards targets. Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align offerings with client needs. Assist with product demonstrations and provide technical assistance to customers when necessary. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the packaging, manufacturing, or related industries. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships. Good knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
