Roles and Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and online research to drive revenue growth. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to inform sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales volume and customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for new business acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field (IT services & consulting). Strong understanding of ERP systems, software solutions, and IT infrastructure management. Excellent communication skills for effective client handling and relationship-building. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
