Business Development Executive Exventus Location: Chandigarh Employment Type: Full-time About Exventus: Exventus is a Global Visa Solutions company providing immigration and visa services for Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, and Europe . We specialize in assisting clients with their visa applications, ensuring smooth and hassle-free processing. Our goal is to expand our network by collaborating with immigration agents across Punjab, India , to drive more business through client referrals. Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive , your primary responsibility is to identify and onboard immigration agents listed on Justdial ( https://www.justdial.com/ ) or other platforms to work with Exventus. You will play a crucial role in growing our agent network, increasing client referrals, and strengthening our presence in the immigration industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Agent Outreach & Onboarding: Use Justdial and other platforms to find and connect with immigration agents across Punjab, India . Introduce Exventus and our global visa solutions. Explain how partnering with Exventus benefits their business by providing a reliable, transparent, and efficient visa processing service . Negotiate and finalize agreements to onboard immigration agents as official partners of Exventus. 2. Relationship Management & Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with onboarded agents to ensure smooth collaboration. Provide agents with updates on visa policies, new opportunities, and any changes in immigration rules . Offer ongoing support and training to help them generate more referrals. 3. Sales & Business Growth: Convert potential immigration agents into active business partners by demonstrating the advantages of working with Exventus. Track and report the number of agents contacted, onboarded, and referrals generated . Work towards increasing the volume of client referrals from agents. 4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Gather feedback from immigration agents regarding their needs, challenges, and expectations. Monitor competitor activities and identify gaps in the market to improve our agent onboarding strategy. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of immigration agents contacted per week/month (via Justdial). Number of agents successfully onboarded and actively referring clients. Volume of client referrals received from onboarded agents. Conversion rate of contacted agents to onboarded partners . Agent engagement and retention rate (measured by ongoing interactions and referrals). Requirements & Qualifications: Prior experience in business development, sales, or immigration consulting is a plus. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to onboard agents effectively. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Proficiency in using Justdial, CRM tools, and spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
