Role & responsibilities Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails Presenting the company to potential clients Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction Build long-term trusting relationships with clients Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Higher Manager Report to the Higher Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings Maintain positive professional relationships with clients Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends. Analyzing customer needs and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Developing strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Formulating business development strategies and tactics to penetrate new markets. Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. Networking and attending industry events to build contacts and generate leads. Preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients. Communicating the value proposition of products or services to potential customers. Overseeing the implementation of business development initiatives. Monitoring project progress and ensuring deadlines are met. Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.
