About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Drive revenue by promoting and selling Kompass Booster and Kompass EasyBusiness solutions 2. Focus on B2B clients in export-oriented industries like manufacturing, engineering goods, automotive components, IT & software services, textiles & apparel, pharmaceuticals & chemicals, food processing & agri products 3. Achieve monthly sales targets and build strong client relationships 4. Contribute to Kompass India's strategic growth Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 2. 0 - 3 years of B2B sales experience (preferred: media, advertising, B2B portals, B2B database sales) 3. Freshers welcome for career start in advertising sales and B2B database sales 4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets 5. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills 6. Proficient in CRM systems and digital sales tools 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team 8.
