The Marketing & Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the Company's business development in Biotech, Pharma Actives & Industrial Processing products. This role is based out of the Mumbai office and primary responsibilities will be to enhance brand visibility, generate leads and drive domestic revenue growth in the B2B segments. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong marketing acumen, sales expertise, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Role & responsibilities: Develop & implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives. Coordinate with the technical team to produce promotional materials, including brochures, white papers, product highlights and advertisements. Conduct market research to identify & analyze competition, industry trends & developments. Analyze & report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Identify & pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events. Regularly visit, build & maintain strong relationships with existing & potential clients to understand their needs and provide products & services accordingly. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals and expanding market reach. Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Working Conditions: The selected candidate will typically work at Mumbai office. Regular local and Pan-India travel will be required for marketing & sales visits, training sessions, meetings at other company locations, and off-site activities. The role may sometimes require evening or weekend work to meet deadlines or attend events.
