Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Outreach and Cold Calling: Initiate contact with new leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods, providing information on real estate offerings, and qualifying them for further sales engagement. Client Qualification: Assess and qualify leads by understanding their real estate needs and determining if they are a good fit for our services and properties. Market Research: Conduct research on the local real estate market, trends, and competitor offerings to stay informed and provide valuable insights to clients. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and property viewings for the sales team with qualified leads. CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track leads, interactions, and sales progress. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and client information. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and provide them with necessary context for further follow-up and deal closure. Reporting & Feedback: Regularly report on sales activities, lead generation progress, and conversion rates to the management team. Provide feedback on lead quality and outreach effectiveness. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to develop new business relationships and expand the company's network of potential clients. Client Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with potential clients by providing excellent customer service and offering valuable advice throughout the sales process. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in business development, or lead generation, preferably within real estate or a related field. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport with prospects and clients quickly. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and real estate platforms. Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and stay driven in a fast-paced environment. Networking: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships in the real estate community. Problem-Solving: Able to think on your feet and creatively address client needs or concerns.
