Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Mumbai & Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, with a strong ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and enhance business growth. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Qualifications & Skills: 1-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
