Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Chennai Experience: 2-3 Years Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to engage with decision-makers and schedule sales meetings. Execute email outreach campaigns to generate and nurture leads. Manage and optimize LinkedIn campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. Maintain accurate lead data and track sales activities in Zoho CRM or HubSpot . Identify and research potential customers based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for pipeline growth. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and meeting targets. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive insights to refine sales strategies. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in business development or inside sales for the US market . Strong expertise in cold calling and handling objections confidently. Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and LinkedIn outreach . Proficiency in Zoho CRM or HubSpot for sales tracking and automation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling SaaS, IT services, or cybersecurity solutions. Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. Familiarity with data sourcing tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or Sales Navigator.
