Research and analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities and growth areas. Identifying New Business Opportunities: Research and analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities and growth areas. Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and potential prospects. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and feedback. Sales and Marketing: Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company goals. Collaborate with marketing teams to align business development strategies with marketing initiatives. Proposals and Negotiations: Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales contracts. Negotiate terms and close deals with clients. Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor competitor activities, market conditions, and customer preferences. Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure client needs are met and deliverables are on track. Provide feedback on product offerings based on client needs and industry trends. Lead Management: Maintain a CRM database of leads, opportunities, and clients. Follow up with leads, track progress, and move prospects through the sales funnel. Skills & Qualifications: Education: A bachelor's degree in any field is typically required. Experience: 0-1 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Personal Traits: Goal-oriented and driven. Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
