Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Executive to drive business development and client acquisition for our civil engineering laboratory. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our testing and consultancy services to construction firms, infrastructure companies, contractors, consultants, and government agencies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement business development strategies to promote laboratory testing services (e.g., soil testing, concrete testing, NDT, material analysis, geotechnical investigation). Identify and engage with potential clients including builders, developers, contractors, consultants, and government departments. Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements. Follow up on leads, manage inquiries, and convert prospects into confirmed business. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with the technical/lab team to ensure smooth delivery of services and client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to build visibility. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
