It is originated from its parent company “Jindal Sons” established in 1982 with the specific understanding to meet the demands of the growing market. Job Description: We are hiring a BDE/BDA to join our team at JPC. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, India. As a BDE/BDA, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and providing information about our products, understanding the requirements from clients and giving the quotations. This role offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in customer relations, with the potential for career advancement within the organization. Key Responsibilities: · Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about our products. · Follow up on leads and set up appointments for the sales team. · Understanding the requirements from the clients. · Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills. · Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system. · Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization Qualifications & Skills: · Graduation in any stream. · B. Tech Mechanical works wonder. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Industry Background: Banking or Telecom Must be from the Tricity region (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula) · Ability to follow scripts and guidelines to deliver an effective sales pitch · Computer knowledge-Word and Excel. · Ability to build rapport with potential customers. · Organizational and time management skills.
