Job Description

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. 2. 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, ideally in the advertising, media, or marketing industry. 3. Strong understanding of advertising and media trends. 4.Ability to pitch services and create custom advertising solutions. 5. Negotiation and closing skills 6. Excellent verbal and written communication 7.Ability to create persuasive proposals and presentations 8. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills 9. Proficiency with CRM software 10. MS Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint) 11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 12. Identify and target potential clients and new business opportunities 13.
