Job Description

About the Role: Misha Infotech is looking for Lead Generation Executives to drive business growth in the Caribbean region. The ideal candidates will have experience in prospect research, outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls, setting up meetings for the sales team, and managing data in the CRM. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct in-depth prospect research to identify potential clients in the Caribbean region. • Reach out to decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls. • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. • Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system. • Track and report lead generation activities and performance metrics. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. Requirements: • 1.5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development. • Strong prospecting and research skills (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, etc.). • Excellent communication and outreach skills (email, LinkedIn, calls). • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). • Ability to work independently and adapt to the Caribbean time zone. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital transformation lead generation. • Prior experience working with Caribbean or international clients.
