Roles and Responsibilities The day to day tasks include:- Handling customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Ability to generate Leads and provide comprehensive information about the product and services (APAC, EMEA regions ) Probing and understanding customer needs, ensuring high level of satisfaction. Proven client support experience on calls (Cold/Warm Calls) Skill Set Demonstrate robust communication skills to provide clear and concise information. Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently. Proven interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with the prospects. Must possess Can-Do, Go the extra mile, Win-Win and positive attitudes. Critical thinking and problem solving skills. Ability to work closely with teammates to achieve collective goals and maintain positive work culture. Compliance Adherence to Code of Conduct Policies set by the company to ensure compliance and consistency in service delivery. Salary Per month 20k-50k depending upon performance and past experience
