Company Website : https://enlinkit.com/ Location : Turbhe , Navi Mumbai Designation : Inside Sales Executive or BDE - Learning Solutions Working Days : Mon - Fri (Sat-Sun Fixed Off) Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Inside Sales Executive - Learning Solutions to join our sales team. The selected candidate will closely work with me and will be responsible for initiating first-level discussions with potential clients, cold calling, and qualifying leads. This role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in sales within the corporate training sector and is passionate about learning and development. Roles & Responsibilities : Conduct first-level discussions with potential clients to understand their training needs Perform cold calling to generate leads and schedule introductory meetings Qualify leads and identify the key decision-makers within target organizations Present an overview of Enlinks training solutions to prospects, sharing relevant case studies and client success stories Schedule and coordinate main follow-up calls with the Senior Key Account Manager Research and identify new market opportunities for corporate training solutions Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in corporate training and learning solutions Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM regarding client interactions and pipeline status Assist in creating customized corporate training packages based on initial client discussions Coordinate with internal teams to gather relevant content and resources for client presentations Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns aimed at promoting Enlinks learning solutions Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to enhance Enlinks market positioning Support in preparing proposals,TOC, quotes, and presentations for prospective clients Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or a related field 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, Inside Sales or BDM Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus Key Skills & Competencies : Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident and articulate in presenting solutions over phone and email Ability to quickly understand client requirements and provide initial information on suitable solutions A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset Basic knowledge of corporate training solutions or learning and development is a plus Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Self-motivated with a passion for learning and sales Interested candidate can call HR Sushma - 9136646037 or share their resume on ssahani@lesterinc.com
