Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our customer base and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, able to engage in professional conversations, and have their own bike or vehicle for client visits. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking. • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including architects, and homeowners. • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase our premium window and door solutions. • Achieve sales targets by following up on leads, negotiating deals, and closing sales. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. • Coordinate with the operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the management. Mandatory Requirements: • Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Telugu and Hindi is a plus. • Ability to confidently carry on conversations with potential clients. • Must have their own bike or vehicle for travel. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (experience in the windows & doors, construction, or interior industry is a plus). • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented. • Basic understanding of architectural products or willingness to learn.
