Pune'sonboarding Job Description Business Development Executive Position: Business Development Executive Experience: 6 Years Location: Pune Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with expertise in Luxury Residential Sales to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in identifying, on boarding, and managing Channel Partners (CPs) to drive sales of high-end residential properties. Candidates from North India will be preferred for this role. Key Responsibilities: Identify, recruit, and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners to generate leads for luxury residential projects. Develop and implement CP engagement strategies to enhance sales performance. Train and support CPs to ensure they effectively communicate project value propositions. Monitor and evaluate CP performance, providing necessary support to achieve high conversion rates. Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns for luxury projects. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in the luxury real estate segment. Handle CP agreements, commission structures, and compliance requirements. Ensure the Business Development Executive provides email confirmation for bookings to maintain transparency and accountability. Coordinate with the finance/accounts team to follow up on billing and commission payments for CPs. Track BSP (Basic Sale Price) agreements and ensure timely completion of payment processes. If a CP is engaged in another project, take proactive follow-ups with the accounts team regarding pending bills and commissions. Key Requirements: 6 years of experience in CP sourcing/business development, specifically in Luxury Residential Sales. Strong network of real estate brokers, channel partners, and high-net-worth clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a competitive market. Knowledge of Punes luxury real estate market is an advantage. Candidates from North India are preferred.
