Business Development Manager Job Description Role & Responsibilities: Acquire 7-8 new clients per month from the open market through proactive prospecting and networking. Cross-sell a wide range of third-party investment products, including SIPs, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Equity. Drive revenue generation from all products within sourced accounts, ensuring continued business growth. Achieve a target of 5 SIPs per month, each of Rs. 2000. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored investment solutions. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective client management and strategic cross-selling. Preferred Candidate Profile: Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, specifically in CASA, Insurance, Dmat, SIPs, or Mutual Funds. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients. Good knowledge of broking and operations within the financial services industry. Prior experience in the broking industry is a plus.
