We are on a mission to bring the convenience of online shopping to local store customers, making their lives easier while supporting small businesses. Job Overview: We are looking for energetic and results-driven Door-to-Door Sales Executives to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to visit households, pitch our platforms benefits, and acquire new customers by convincing them to place their first order. If you have experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, BTL promotions, or lead generation, and love interacting with people, we would love to have you on board! Key Responsibilities: Visit residential areas in Western Line & Navi Mumbai to promote and sell our e-commerce platform. Explain the benefits of using LoveLocal and how it makes shopping easier. Convince potential customers to place their first order on the platform. Conduct direct sales, home visits, and door-to-door promotions. Generate leads and convert them into active users. Distribute promotional materials and explain offers to customers. Maintain daily sales records and report progress to the team. Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets. Represent the brand in a professional and customer-friendly manner. Who Can Apply? We are looking for individuals who: Have 1-3 years of experience in door-to-door sales, field sales, BTL promotions, sales promotions, or lead generation. Are comfortable with on-ground customer interactions and door-to-door selling. Have a strong ability to convince and convert potential customers into buyers. Are energetic, outgoing, and comfortable working in the field. Have basic knowledge of using smartphones and apps. Are goal-oriented and thrive in a target-driven environment.
