Key Responsibilities: Sales & Promotion Identify and build a pipeline of schools and individuals for Olympiad participation. Visit schools, conduct presentations, and promote the Olympiads. Motivate students to participate, especially in online assessments. Coordinate with enrolled schools for smooth execution of assessments. Coordination & Communication Maintain strong relationships with schools, participants, and partners. Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Ensure timely delivery of materials and necessary information. Reporting & Analysis Track sales performance and suggest areas for improvement. Prepare reports on sales activities and outcomes. Other Responsibilities Assist in marketing efforts and promotional campaigns. Support administrative tasks related to sales and operations. Work closely with different departments to achieve sales targets. Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills. Strong sales & marketing abilities. Well-organized with multitasking skills. Problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities. Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships. Adaptability to a dynamic work environment. Willingness to travel within the city/town to visit schools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant tools.
