Role & responsibilities NDT - Mechanical (Business Development) Develop and execute sales strategies to deliver on NDT (Mechanical) sales objectives and targets. Assists the Management to formulate sales strategy, short term, and long term, in line with the market conditions and the organizations overall Strategic Priorities Prepares yearly sales budgets, sets out action plans to deliver on the budget Develops an efficient sale team in the operating regions, mentor guides and trains them to implement the sales plans. Tracks opportunities, plans client meetings, prepares and submits technical, commercial proposals, follows up with clients and closes Quotes /proposals to lock sales. Key Skills: Strong leadership and sales management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Market analysis and strategic planning expertise. NDT - CIVIL(Business Development) Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to deliver on NDT (CIVIL) sales objectives and targets. Assists the Management to formulate sales strategy, short term, and long term, in line with the market conditions and the organizations overall Strategic Priorities Prepares yearly sales budgets, sets out action plans to deliver on the budget Develops an efficient sale team in the operating regions, mentor guides and trains them to implement the sales plans.
