Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic, field-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) who are ready to be on the ground, generate leads, and convert them into sales. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-driven, enjoy meeting new people, and can deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Roles & Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, market mapping, and local networking. Promote and sell solar products – Solar Water Heaters, Heat Pumps, and Photovoltaic Systems – to residential, commercial, and institutional clients. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and educate customers on features, benefits, and ROI. Perform site visits to assess requirements and coordinate with technical teams for feasibility and proposals. Maintain and update lead pipelines, follow up consistently, and close sales deals. Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure successful order closures while maintaining profitability. Participate in marketing activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, and local awareness programs. Coordinate with internal teams for quotation preparation, order processing, and timely delivery. Ensure accurate documentation for sales orders, collections, and customer records. Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily/weekly activities to the management. Build long-term relationships with dealers, contractors, influencers, and customers. Ensure timely payment collections and coordinate with the accounts team as needed. Collect market intelligence and competitor information to inform business strategy. Provide after-sales coordination and ensure customer satisfaction with installation and service. Requirements: Education: PUC / Diploma / Degree in any stream (technical background preferred) Experience: 0–3 years in field sales (solar or hardware/electrical sales preferred) Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred Must Have: Own two-wheeler with valid driving license Good communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel extensively and work on the field daily Target-driven mindset with discipline in reporting and documentation Why Join Nuetech?
