Job Description

Most Important and Non-negotiable requirement: Applicants must have completed minimum 1 year of uninterrupted Sales role at their current/past 2 companies. Those with less than 1 year of experience in the last 2 companies PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. CANDIDATES FROM ONLY MUMBAI APPLY Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify new business opportunities through multiple channels (phone, email, social, and in-person meetings). Conduct initial discovery meetings with potential clients, both virtually and in-person. Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations. Create and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities. Shadow senior sales representatives during field visits and client meetings. Participate in local industry events and networking opportunities. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Collaborate with marketing to utilize lead generation campaigns. Required Qualifications: 2-4 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS experience preferred but not required). Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
