Immediately Hiring for Business Development Executive in Reputed Company in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: LinkedIn Lead Generation: Research and build a database of HR professionals and decision-makers across target industries. Connect and engage with prospects via LinkedIn to introduce HR Consulting services. Digital Marketing Coordination: Liaise with digital and marketing agencies to plan and manage content (blogs, social media posts, email campaigns). Ensure consistent messaging and promotion of services across digital platforms. Event & Webinar Management: Organize and coordinate weekly webinars to showcase HR Consulting capabilities. Invite industry HR leaders and professionals, and conduct "HR Hurdles" sessions to engage prospects. Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to identify needs and present our solutions. Maintain records of calls and follow-up actions in CRM systems. Client Meeting Coordination: Schedule and arrange meetings for the CEO with qualified leads. Prepare briefing materials and ensure pre-meeting alignment. Tender Participation: Monitor relevant tenders and prepare documentation for HR consulting bids. Corporate Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients about the organization and its offerings. MBA in Marketing & HR is mandatory . 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in HR Consulting or related services. Proven ability in LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification. Experience working with marketing agencies or internal marketing teams. Strong event planning and webinar coordination experience. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven.
