Designation - Business Development Executive Exp - 3-6 Years Location - Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: 1. Bench Sales & IT Consultant Marketing • Proactively market IT consultants (bench sales) to direct clients, prime vendors, and staffing agencies. • Work closely with IT consultants to understand their skills, experience, and career goals. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, implementation partners, and vendors. • Identify suitable job opportunities and effectively position consultants for client requirements. • Coordinate resume submissions, schedule interviews, and facilitate the hiring process. • Negotiate contract terms, rates, and agreements with clients and vendors. • Maintain an up-to-date database of available consultants and their project status. 2. Business Development & Sales Support • Assist in identifying new business opportunities in IT services and staffing. • Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach. • Support the sales cycle, including outreach, proposal development, and follow-ups. • Represent PeopleTech Group at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities. 3. Client & Vendor Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients, staffing partners, and vendors. • Ensure high client satisfaction by delivering quality IT talent and services. • Act as a liaison between clients and consultants to ensure smooth project onboarding and execution. Qualifications & Skills: • 2-3 years of experience in bench sales, IT consultant marketing, or IT staffing. • Strong understanding of bench sales strategies, IT consulting, and recruitment processes. • Proven experience in placing consultants with direct clients and vendors. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to generate and maintain relationships with clients and vendors. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
