Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Hybrid at Pune, Maharashtra, India Roles and Responsibilities: Experience of 24 years in Fastener industry required Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization Research and build relationships with new clients Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company's business leaders Plan approaches and pitches that speak to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives Participate in pricing the solution/service Present new products and services to improve existing relationships and open doors for new clients Track and record activity on accounts and close deals to meet targets Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field Proven experience in sales, business development, client relationship management, or a related field Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills Proficiency in English Key Skills: Sales Lead Generation Business Development
