Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead Generation & Sales Closure Identify potential customers and generate high-quality leads. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve a monthly sales target of 1MW. Build relationships with commercial, industrial, and residential clients. Follow up with leads, present proposals, and close deals. Sales & Marketing Strategy Develop and implement business development strategies. Work on market penetration strategies to increase solar adoption. Represent the company in networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track and monitor sales performance against targets. Maintain a database of potential and closed leads. Prepare and present sales reports to management. Preferred candidate profile Solar Rooftop Sales & Project Execution Technical & Sales Training Sales & Marketing Strategy Development Customer Relationship Management Target Achievement & Performance Monitoring Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills Proficiency in MS Office & CRM Tools Ability to Travel Extensively Interested can share resumes to sireesha@prorsum-tech.com
